When you make a reservation, contact us, or rent a vehicle, we may collect:

• Driver’s license details (license number, expiry date, license class, etc.) and a copy of your license
• For licenses issued outside Japan: details and copies of your passport, International Driving Permit, or official Japanese translation
• Reservation details (rental dates and times, vehicle, pick-up and return locations, etc.)
• If you are arriving by air on your rental day, your flight number (to arrange pick-up)
• The content of your inquiries
• Information needed to process payment
• Reservation information provided by third-party booking sites, if you book through one
2. How we use your information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
• To accept, confirm, change, or cancel reservations and to contact you about pick-up arrangements
• To verify your driver’s license and other documents, and to keep rental records as required by law
• To process vehicle handover and return, and to settle payment
• To respond to accidents, breakdowns, or traffic violations (including parking violations)
• To respond to your inquiries
• To analyze and improve our services (in a form that does not identify you)
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except:
• When required by law (including lawful requests from the police or government authorities)
• When necessary to protect someone’s life, health, or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• When especially necessary for public health or the healthy development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• When necessary to cooperate with national or local government bodies performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining your consent would interfere with those duties
In the event of an accident or similar incident, we may share necessary information with our insurance company for claims and accident handling.
